| Whilst all care is
taken to make sure that the prices are kept up-to-date,
sometimes there may have to be a change for reasons beyond our
control. Because of this, prices are subject to change
without notice. However, all legitimate orders received by us
through our secure online ordering system will be processed at
the prices documented during time of ordering..
Whilst we state all our prices in
$US, we have to process in $AU because of Australian banking
laws. We endeavour to use an exchange rate that will
result in you being charged slightly less than the total
$US amount. As an example, your total may amount to $US
100 but your credit card statement may end up showing $AU 150 (or
similar dependant on exchange rates).
In July 2000, the Federal
government of Australia introduced a Goods and Services Tax (GST).
GST is only applicable to goods purchased by Australian
residents. But we are happy to absorb the GST by applying
any savings on the shipping within Australia towards the GST payment.

| Aussie Things endeavour to keep
your confidential information secure. For example, credit
card details are captured in a secure manner using Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. We will not sell
your personal information under any circumstances. |

| Where possible, all goods are shipped via Australia Post - Air Mail.
Based on this, the postal service takes about 2 weeks to ship to
the US and Canada and about a week to Europe and many parts of
Asia.
Aussie Things generally ship goods out once
to twice a week depending on volume. Occasionally, if
goods are not in stock, the lead time to shipping may be delayed
by a week or two. Aussie Things
charge shipping per item. However, if you order multiple items,
depending on the order weight, we may be able to reduce the overall
shipping cost for your order. |

|
Unfortunately, due to
a higher risk of credit card fraud, Aussie Things can not ship
to all destinations. Destinations we will not ship to (unless
you pay by cash in $US) include:
- Russia
- Eastern Europe
- Some parts of Africa
- Indonesia
This list is indicative
only. We will always contact you by email if your
destination falls within the high risk list. You will
still have the option of paying by cash $US.

| Aussie Things do not accept
returns unless you have negotiated by email to return an item
prior to us receiving it. The only time this is likely to
eventuate is if there is a manufacturers defect (this is
extremely unlikely given products are checked by the
manufacturers and they are also checked by us prior to shipping) or
you have given us incorrect sizing information. A
change of mind does not constitute valid grounds for returning
an item. Postage/handling fees are not refunded. If you are unsure about an item please email
Aussie Things for more information before purchasing. |

|
| It is impossible for
Aussie Things to give you information on customs duty given the number of
different destinations in the world. However, duty is your
responsibility should you purchase from this site. Some places
that we are aware of potential duty issues are Belgium and
France. |
